Laid back and very comfortable. They made sure it was a conversation and not a grilling session. If you can get them laughing they’ll love you. It’s a very family style work place. Everyone is friends.

It was very laid-back. Asked about background and past experiences in jobs and interviews listed on the resume. Explained how the company work and backgrounds. Took one day and asked to get background check. Training lasted 2 days.
