Interview with a Hiring Manager - Prepared Presentation: - In the interview with the manager, I gave a presentation I had prepared specifically for the job. I talked about why I was a good match and answered their questions. 4. Technical/Skills Assessment - Relevant Questions: - I had to answer questions related to the specific skills required for the job. These questions directly related to what the job involved. 5. Behavioural Questions - STAR Method: - I answered questions about how I've handled situations in the past. I used the STAR method, which means I explained the situation, what I needed to do, what I did, and what happened because of it. 6. Documents Check: - The company checked the documents I provided to ensure that everything was true and accurate. This was to make sure that I was being honest about my qualifications and work history. 7. Job Offer: - I received an official job offer, which outlined the details of the position, such as how much I would be paid, my benefits, and other important information. 8. Negotiation: - I had the opportunity to discuss and change some of the job offer terms to ensure that they aligned with my expectations. 9. Job Acceptance: - I accepted the job offer, indicating my commitment to the company and my excitement to start the new role.
