The interview process was conducted all through electronic media. There was no in person interview. Everything was conducted online. I had to submit my application electronically and complete a very lengthy questionnaire with my background. This seemed applicable as the position I was applying for was online instructing where everything is conducted in an asynchronous environment with a heavy focus on using technology.
