The interview process was both friendly and professional. The questions were open-ended, focusing on the responsibilities of the role and your vision for your contributions. They value Graduate Assistants who can think ahead and demonstrate a proactive mindset

What unique skills or strengths do you bring to this role?
Formal. At the main campus location. The interview was conducted by the chief of Information Technology and the director of the IT department. The interview was friendly and Formal. The duration of the interview was 1 hour which included a tour of the working environment.

Q: What Information Technology experience do you have?
Walked through resume, answered a few scenario-based questions, answered questions about strengths and weaknesses, and talked about company culture and expectations. After interview, received a phone call and came in to fill out paperwork and then started the job. The whole hiring process took less than a week.
