1st interview was a phone interview with the hiring manager to go over my background and such. 2nd Interview was over Skype and with a local manager. 3rd interview was also over Skype with 2 managers at once. After the interview, they didn't follow up with me as they said they would. Weeks later, I got a standard form letter rejection email thanking me for applying (this is an email that you would normally get when not even getting to the interview process). Very disappointed as I had heard about how progressive and employee-friendly this company was.
