1:Fill out Application Form
2:Apply For DBS(Disclosure &Barring Service Certificate)..would also help your application if you are on the update service.
3:Talk To Positive Behaviour Specialist(which are general scenario questions)
3:Complete Quiz On A Laptop/Computer(5 general questions in scenarios what would you do)
4:Meet and greet some Support Workers to learn more about Southdown
5:Have Interview(very laid back informal learning about your work history,industry questions included,why you want to work with/for Southdown.
Overall this process I would rate 10/10 as it was informal/friendly/managers and Senior Staff very approachable and willing to answer any questions you may have.
