Very straight forward and informative. I asked good questions about my capability and given good information about job role. Made it to the final round of interviews and was given a great understanding on why I wasn't selected. Very good process

Interview
Applied online and I got an email for on site interview the following week. One person and another on web conference. Asked me about my current job and responsibilities and things in my resume. They explained what they do in detail. However they could have completely avoided this whole process with me if they paid more attention to what they wanted from candidate. They both were polite and patient in getting to know more of my background and telling me about the company and role .
