the bank call people from several colleges who cleared the aptitude round then conduct a GD round and those who got selected are called for interview
and the vacancy are so low that only one got job from by college and its not me

The interview process was good and the panelists taking interview were also good....my advice would be that even if you don't know the answer don't lose your confidence...the questions were basically related to banking and govt schemes.
