The interview process with South College was very organized. It was done professionally over Teams. Everyone was kind. However, the communication fell short after the interview process and took a while to get the onboarding going. Courtney Besser was great.

Interview
It was fairly straightforward and not too formal. My interviewer was easy to talk to and he seemed genuine about wanting the best for the students. He spent a lot of time talking about the school so it was a mutually beneficial information-gathering session.
Interviewing for adjunct instructor was about as expected. Consisted of two rounds, were conversational in nature, were just the right amount of time, the questions were reasonable, the process was streamlined
