Multi-stage interview process: 1. Intro Call 2. Hacker Rank 3. Self-Evaluation (7 behavioral questions, rating yourself on scale of how well you know certain technologies) and References 4. Pair programming interview with two developers I do caution people applying here. The interview process is flawed and/or they are not willing to be as upfront about their desired skill set. 1. I specified in my self evaluation that I had no experience with AWS. Despite this, my pair programming session involved setting up and deploying an AWS service. This was the first time I had ever done something like this which was extremely scary to do as part of a final interview. I would not recommend applying unless you are very familiar with AWS and Test Driven Development. 2. I passed all sections of the interview process (even the AWS deployment). Very little, if any, negative feedback. However because they are a consultancy I was still not offered a job as their partner companies did not feel I was ready to work. My warning here is that you can pass all parts of the Source Allies interview process (a roughly 5 hour investment minimum) and still be denied a position overall for really no fault of your own. Recruiter and Pair Programming team were very friendly. The only positive aspect of the process was the speed at which information got back to me from the recruiter and overall demeanor of the team I worked with. However, the end result of the interview process left me very frustrated. Not receiving a job offer after working through everything with such great feedback caused me to quit job hunting/developing for 2 months and really got to my mental health. The interview process needs to be retooled to select for the type of dev they are looking for.

Very constructive. The process is very well designed, and I get to know a lot more about source allies. Coding test seems to be very forward, as it is not just a whiteboard, rather it is based on skills from various differnt places.
