I applied online. I interviewed at Soundstripe (Nashville, TN) in May 2023
Interview
Video call with Sales Director. He was polite and friendly. He most likely had not opened my resume before meeting me, since he asked simple questions that the resume answers. If it's all based on resume, then no need to interview. If you want to learn about me, then ask questions I haven't already answered in my resume. The company was building a enterprise business that's unproven and venture backed, so I was not interested after learning that.

Interview
This interview process was pleasant and seamless. It was virtual, and they made me feel comfortable. We went through my resume, and they asked about what I learned in each instance.
I had 3 panel interviews with leaders, teammates and C-suite/stakeholders.
I presented an assignment addressing a few top priorities my first year in the role.
I also took a Kolbe assessment.
The process went quickly and expectations were set the at each step. The conversations were casual, but also challenging and insightful.
On a personal level, all members of the team were incredibly friendly and engaging. You could feel the culture, respect and rapport they had for one another as well.
