Applied online and heard back a few weeks later. Talked to studio manager on the phone first and then went for an in person interview. The interview was relatively easy but management was very unprofessional - they were cursing and talking inappropriately with staff during the interview. It was very uncomfortable and I would not recommend even applying here.
Easy and quick. They let me take a ride and then I interviewed with the manager. Questions were open-ended and just about my general abilities and willingness to work. From start to finish, it was a simple process and I got the job fairly quickly after the interview.
Quick virtual interview. Spoke to manager and assistant manager on my experience, why I would like to work at soul, and mostly my schedule and availability. Interview was conversation style.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at SoulCycle (Miami, FL) in Mar 2021
Interview
It was very quick and easy. Questions about what I would bring to the team and what I knew about the company. Talked to the studio manager on the phone.
