interview process was very clear;
1. talk to internal recruiter about the position
2. the director or hiring manager may do a screen conversation
3. 3-4 people will interview you.
4. offer usually is very quick, within 1 -2 days

Interview
Initial reach out from Hungarian recruiter who was very nice. Then contacted by a British recruiter who described a totally different job. They said they were keen despite my clarifying that I didnt have experience for the new job description. Ghosted after that.
Very strange and quite unprofessional. Put me off working with them longer term.
After 2 rounds of technical interview I had solved almost 5 questions correctly on the spot we discussed about the system design as well but the HR reported that my profile was not selected because I didnt had the demonstrated experience in Spring Framework (I come from python background)
