Interview
HR introduction call, followed by self-recorded video ("because it's too hard to schedule"), finally a panel interview (rescheduled 3X) with a required prepared presentation on the competitive environment. Panel was completely disengaged with very few questions and one member falling asleep. Final communication was a form letter declining to make an offer.
