I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sony (Taguig) in Feb 2022
Interview
There were only 2 interviews, first interview with HR. 2nd interview was panel with 3 participants -- Director and hiring managers. It was a relatively quick and smooth process. The interviewers were engaging.

Question 1
Give me an example of a time when you tried to accomplish something but failed.
I arrived 15 minutes prior to the interview. I was then asked to fill out the application form only after the scheduled time. After that, I had to wait for more than 15 minutes for the interview to commence. Only generic questions were asked during the interview. There were no written tests.
