3 Stage interview process. HR, Technical, and Presentation & Technical Questions. HR is screening and background checks. 2nd Technical is with QA leads, technical and scenario questions. 3rd is a 5-minute presentation, and then technical questions with the PC Tech Lead with the previous QA leads present. The entire process was good for me, positive experience, nice interviewers, and feedback at the end.
The only problem with the process, the 5 minute presentation, its a strict 5 minutes, and it's tough to go into deep detail with that time, but they expect you to do so, which is strange, may want to extend that time? They have been having difficulties filling the role, so obviously looking for a unicorn, despite saying they learnt presentation skills on the job themselves.
