They ask you to come in initially not for an interview no. They have you come in to do an application, Psych test and some elementary IQ test. Most companies 1) Interview you first and 2) spend the money on software to do these 3 things from home.

Interview
Had two interviews. The second consisted of calling businesses and acting as employee trying to schedule meetings. They do not use a CRM but rely on spreadsheets that were created by driving around and writing down business names. After making my calls I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to speak with other personnel.
