J’ai eu une expérience positive avec le processus de recrutement. Le processus était rapide, bien organisé et fortement automatisé, ce qui a rendu chaque étape fluide et efficace. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la rapidité des retours. La communication était claire, transparente et professionnelle tout au long du parcours. Cette efficacité témoigne d’une organisation moderne et respectueuse du temps des candidats.

Interview
I am genuinely disappointed by my interview experience with Sonar. The staff I met were incredibly friendly, and I truly believe they have a strong product that would have been exciting to sell. Unfortunately, the interview process itself didn't live up to that positive first impression.
The company utilizes a lengthy five-to-six-round interview process. By the third round, candidates are required to build a project and deliver a 20-minute presentation. I was only given a few days to scramble and put this together, but it went fine.
What really disappointed me, however, was what happened next. After dedicating that time and effort, I was completely ghosted, receiving no rejection email or follow-up of any kind. When a company asks candidates to spend their personal time working on a project, it should come with a baseline level of human courtesy.
