Too long process first is telephonic ,second is video call and then face to face interview.
HR is good and supportive but MD of the company is too rude and arrogant. He is not behaving properly while interviewing. It feels he was not interested in taking interview. An interview is successful only when interviewer and interviewee both equally participate but MD of the company having so attitude, if you are at such position then respect it even you attain that position by relation itself. At least respect someone time and I suggest you to learn some behavior courses
