I applied online, and then was contacted by Solventum's AI assistant to schedule a phone screen. After the phone screen, the AI scheduled an interview unprompted. When I tried to change the time, it got stuck in a loop cancelling and rescheduling. Since everything is done through the AI, I couldn't contact anyone about the error or what to do. It eventually stopped, so I just showed up to the interview at the time stated in the most recent email from the AI. Thankfully it was right. Got a canned rejection when I wasn't selected.
