I applied directly through the Solution Street website. Less than a day later, the hiring manager Sarah contacted me. We setup a time and date for a technical interview. After completing three or four basic algorithm questions, the hiring manager contacted me within hours to discuss a time for the next interview. A few days later, I interviewed with the hiring managers who asked me questions on web development (Ruby on Rails, jQuery, SQL). Less than a week later, Sarah called me to let me know they wanted to hire me. The whole process took less than two weeks! Being from New Jersey, the Solution Street staff were extraordinarily accommodating in allowing the interview to be done completely online.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, who was pleasant and has actually looked at my profile.
There was a phone screen, followed by a video call where I shared my screen and coded answers to a few technical question. Finally, there was an in person interview with the founder of the company, managing partner, and the project lead for the project they were hiring for. In addition to some general personality questions, I coded answers to four or so coding challenges while the interviewers watched.

Interview
I applied online and had a series of interviews over the course of a few weeks. The whole process took almost a month because the team and I had to arrange interviews around my work schedule. I interviewed from PA, and the team were accommodating of my need to interview remotely and my preference for specific days and times.
There was a phone screening, followed by a conversation with a recruiter and an engineer (including a couple of coding problems), and an interview with the managing partners, which also included a few coding problems. Because I'm fairly junior, I also had a final one-on-one interview with a project leader to see if I'd be a good fit for his team. As with the other interviews, I was asked to do a live coding challenge.
