Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I guess the recruiter was impressed with my overal experience. I felt the 30 Pre-screen via teams went well. The recruiter asked general questions about me and my work experience. I received a canned response back within few days stating they were focusing on profiles that more closely align with the specific scope and needs of the team. In Summary: They felt I wasn't a good fit. :(
