The management staff at Solex College is small and like a family run business. You would usually interview with your direct supervisor of your position and the executive director/owner of the school. The interview was very casual and laid back and most of the questions were directed at getting to know you (60%) and your abilities/background (40%). The ultimate decision and offer is made directly by the executive director/owner of the school.
