Solcius interview questions

2 Interviews one with the direct manager and the other with the next level manager. I knew the hiring manager so it made the process a bit easier but as the HR Manager can say that we would post/source applications online, do phone screens for people we were interested in and do 2 in person interviews before making the final hiring decision.
