The HR emails were fine and we got to the room of the interview quite fast, the interviewer were nice, ask about myself for 2 minutes and start the technical question.

If i understand good, he want me to think of a way to that one service-cloud could inform for specific situation for the local-company system without transfer all the data, I think he might mean to hash using.

First a phone call with HR, Second with team manager and then with CTO/VP R&D.
After 3rd interview the HR called to tell me they are looking for someone with more experience in the industry.

Interview
One technical interview with the lead mechanical engineer.
Second interview with the CEO.
Third interview with HR (was scheduled for the same day as with CEO).
Forth interview with CTO.
Every two weeks the HR called me to tell me they haven't decided yet.
only after two month they understood that despite my success at the technical interview they wanted some one with "more experience from the industry" .
