10 member panel - online with lots of basic question and no clear agenda or view on how to take the discussion forward. I wonder why so many folks on a 1st round of interview. Glad it dint work out between us. I am happy to skip this.

I met with multiple interview panels as they were filling multiple positions and had a third interview for one of them. I was told multiple times how highly they thought of me and that multiple teams might want to hire me, but one of them had "first dibs" on me. I felt great about my chances, but then never heard anything. I did multiple follow ups with the HR rep and they would not respond to me. I got completely ghosted, so... I guess they didn't like me enough to respect me?
