      Interview questions [3]

      Question 1

The initial screening was a conversation with an in-house recruiter. The recruiter asked high-level questions about work-hour expectations, ability to collaborate in a remote work environment, and reasons for seeking a new opportunity. A few technical screening questions, provided by the hiring manager, were also included.

      Question 2

The second interview was a Teams video panel with technical engineers. The panel included the Head of Technology, Staff Software Engineers, Senior Software Engineers, and a Senior DevOps Engineer. The questions were pre-planned, well-organized, and relevant to the role.

      Question 3

The final interview was another Teams video session, this time with stakeholders invested in the role. Participants included the AI Program Manager, Development Manager, Cloud Architect, and HR. The questions focused on soft skills, such as project management methodology, time management, and prioritizing tasks when managing conflicting team demands. There were also discussions about handling challenging coworkers, technical topics like data ingestion architecture in a containerized environment, and opportunities to ask questions about the company’s work culture.
