The interview took place some time ago, but I’ve only just gotten around to writing this review, as my impressions of the company remain very positive. My experience with the Fullstack Developer hiring process was exceptionally pleasant. The HR stage was as friendly as possible; a big thank you to recruiter Maria for her clear communication and support.
The technical interview took the form of a relaxed and comfortable conversation with an experienced colleague. In addition to theoretical questions, there were a few practical tasks that helped me warm up. No stress, just a professional and constructive dialogue. Although I didn’t receive an offer in the end, my overall impression remained extremely positive. The hiring process is organized at a very high level!

Question 1
HR stage: General questions about agile methodologies, teamwork, and conflict/problem-solving scenarios.
Technical stage: Deep dive into React concepts (such as Higher-Order Components / HOCs), and database architecture questions, specifically focusing on database indexes and how they work.
