Sofidel Electrical & Instrumentation Tech interview questions

I applied direct and through Green Country Staffing Agency. GCS got me in front of them within a week. It was a 3 panel interview; 1 supervisor, a manager, and an HR rep. They weren’t giving me much feedback, so I really wasn’t sure if they would extend an offer. Towards the end, they asked if I had any questions. They asked if I knew what they did and if I knew about their schedule. They said it would be 2 on 2 off 2 on 2off 2 on 3 off. They asked if I had issues with working 12 hour shifts that rotated days and nights every 2 weeks. HR rep asked who my recruiter was at the end and said they would get in touch with me through GCS if they were interested. My recruiter called me later that day and said they wanted me to start the following Monday and wanted me to complete a drug screen.
