There were no proper interview process and no co-ordination between India and US team. Long waiting for the feedback after every round. First round phone screen from hiring manager, next onsite to Chennai office with 4 rounds of interview, after few days again telephonic round with hiring manager and US team. After few days again asked to come to onsite interview for QA codility test (programming round)
