I was called in for two interviews. The first interview went relatively well. It was with the VP of Operations and another interviewer. However, the second interview with a trainer and the CEO did not. The CEO gives off an unprofessional image, specifically when I saw him riding a scooter around the office. I'm not referring to a scooter that one uses because they can't walk because they broke their leg or something like that; I'm talking about a kid's scooter, the kind that if you lift it up, it will swing around and slam painfully into your ankle. The CEO seemed less than enthused to be interviewing me and disengaged the entire time. He acted as if he'd made up his mind about my future with the company before I'd even stepped into the room to meet him, let alone started speaking to him.
The website, although easy to navigate, is also rather unprofessional in that they have a poorly written 'Our Culture' section where they swear and try to act 'hip', but instead, it comes across as immature.
With the exception of the professionalism exhibited by their human resources staff, the rest of the interview process was not a good experience, and I would not recommend working for this company.
