My interview started with Finance manager .. then a next round same day with Dy CFO .. and next day with the Group CFO
It was a not restricted only to Technical question related to my domain but they rather tested the attitude towards work.The questions were direct and the interviewer were communicating very clearly of there expectation .
Thought I almost made a good impression to get this job but I messed it up reaching 15 my in Late on the final round of interview with Group CFO. Though I have informed that I may reach late but that didn't bring any good .
On the meeting day of my final round with the group CFO , I mentioned that I am doing good in my current profile and was not looking for a change until I get a good package and he stopped the interview there asking me if I am not interested ,he is not interested in me . I was shocked for a while but the damage was done .
I wanted to be very specific of what I said but I thought I didn't got anytime to explain myself.
The Interviewer has a huge experience and had strong reasons for not shortlisting me for the job.
I thought I did well untill I messed it up .
It's a good learning for me .. suggestion to the next set aspirants is to be on time and try not to speak your mind of something which may derail the conversation .I regret :(
