SoLa Impact interview questions

The process was very strange. In my first interview with the hiring manager I was told that the track would be to become a director and then VP one day. It put me off because it felt overly flattering for a first interview. I was promised a second interview, then told that the person I had to interview with was out of town but that I was a “top candidate” and that they couldn’t wait for me to meet the team. It felt more like being recruited for a pyramid scheme than a job interview. After all that I got an auto rejection email from a no reply. The whole thing was so odd.
