Four rounds in total but a very long process. During interviews everyone looks tired and bored of their job. After the final rounds they ghosted for a while and after following up, the recruiter scheduled a rejection call without any constructive feedback and simply said that there was no redflag. To me they don't prioritize transparent communication or providing value back to candidates after spending so much effort.
