Everyone once in awhile you run across a recruiter who take the time to explain the position, the company and the hiring process. That what the HR recruiter for SL did for me. Couldn't of been more impressed. As you progressed through the hiring process not on did the the recruiter want you to know the company so did the hiring managers.
