The Human Resource professionals who conducted the interviews were committed to ensuring that I was the right fit for the organization. I could tell they needed someone who could provide leadership. Unfortunately, the interview process did not provide a realistic job preview. The plant manager was very professional during the interview process, but became verbally abusive and negative once I began working.
