Screening Interview with Bushra Qureshi (Talent Acquisition Associate II):
Bushra was my first point of contact. She was professional, kind, and organized. She clearly explained the role, next steps, and timeline. Her communication style reflected Snoonu’s culture of respect and customer focus.
Hiring Manager Interview: This stage focused on role fit, team dynamics, and my practical experience. She was professional and engaging. The discussion was structured yet conversational, allowing me to share real examples of my work and approach to recruitment.
Final Interview with the Department Head, People & Culture: The final round with the department head represented Snoonu’s leadership values. The conversation explored alignment with company culture and long-term contribution. It was conducted respectfully and efficiently.
