Odd itw process - personal questions, interview done in the corner of the boutique... It did not feel very fair. Person asking questions was clearly exhausted, overall not a great experience

Straightforward interview you just have to fill out a form and have a discussion for about half an hour about some very straightforward questions, such as your experience of sales or retail. They will then call you within a few days of the interview
