I had 7 Zoom interviews and each interview had 2 people. They were all super friendly and were interested in me as a person, and less interested in my work history. They wanted to know about what I like to do for fun, if I like service projects, what sports I play, and things like that. They want to know if you're interesting.

They asked things specific to my resume for the most part, but mainly pertaining to my interests and not as much to my work history.
I interviewed through OCI; it was a short video call with partner. I received scheduling information from law school and then was contacted by the firm to confirm the date and time.
