Interview
I was put through the ringer at SnackNation! I went through 4 rounds of interviews: a group interview with 6 other candidates, the head of sales, and the sales manager. Then I was invited to participate in an over-the-phone role play call. Then I went back to the office for a face-to-face with the sales manager and head of sales. Finally, I met with the VP/COO of the company.

Casual encounter speaking to the sales managers individually after an initial phone screening with the talent acquisition manager. They were very welcoming and really looked for a company culture fit. Overall, a good experience.
