Smoker Friendly International interview questions

Met in store and had a face to face, no phone interviews. Was offered the job after the interview and 3 days later came in for my first shift. Because I had to fall in with the next pay toll period in order to get paid on time with everyone else.

I was given an interview by walking into the store. I did not fill out an application until I was offered the job. I was hired as a part time sales associate and within 3 months, promoted to assistant manager. The interview was very brief...10 minutes! The background check took the longest time because the manager forgot to send the information to HR.
