Smith's Food & Drug interview questions

Poor interview process. They were 15 minutes late to interview me, asked unrelated very subjective questions. Declined my offered references/contact info for my last 3 supervisors. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but a very mediocre one, which didn't feel like they respected or took the interview process very seriously. But it may have just been a case of them having already decided, before the interview ever started
