Interview
The interview consisted of four steps, the first two were telephone calls with HR and the last two were meetings with the team. One of the two meetings required to prepare a powerpoint presentation about the role. Every single person I spoke with during the process was very friendly and kind! I had a truly lovely experience! The feedback for each step was given in a timely manner.

Question 1
Questions concerned the role, the CER, how previous experiences had prepared me for the role. The second video interview was more technical and concerned the critical appraisal of papers, how to perform literature analyses.
