Interview
Easy, Basic questions, Quick, Straight to the point. I ran late due to having to park in the nearby parking garage. I called to let my interviewer know ahead of time and they were so happy I did. Interview lasted about 15-20 mins. I received an email within hours that they wanted to extend an offer of employment!
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Smile Direct Club (San Diego, CA)
Interview
The first interview was a recorded guided interview. The second interview was with two hiring managers. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the company. The interview felt more like a conversation than an interview for a job. Unfortunately the job was put on hold.
