Originally I met them at a school career fair but I already had an internship for the summer lined up, so they reached back out after a year and a half to speak with me. Process consisted of a single phone call with 3 of their VP’s/Directors. Very relaxed and enjoyable interview. The topic was mainly on my resume and what I’m looking to do in the power industry.
