It was easy, got an email for a day and time to come in. i came in and met with the manager and we talked about the positions and my previous experience. He told me about the benefits of smashburger and it went well. He asked me a couple questions about my experiences and precious roles and that was about it

Tell me a time when you had to work with someone who wasn't cooperating and how did you resolve it
The interview for Smash Burger was easy. They asked a lot of behavioral questions. The interview lasted around 30 mins. The onboarding was quick and simple. Overall it was a good experience.
Sat down and asked a couple of basic questions. The manager was laid back. Overall, it was not a hard process, not a lot of stress. Just make sure you answer the questions to the best of your ability.
