I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Smashburger (Baton Rouge, LA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Interview was outside because the location new and still being built. Manager seemed kind of preoccupied, fiddled around with the things around him, didn't really look at me. Didn't ask me a lot of questions. Mostly just explained the job duties. After, took my phone number, told me about training, and asked me to tell any friends of mine about applying. Interview was last week, I have training next week.
The interview for Smash Burger was easy. They asked a lot of behavioral questions. The interview lasted around 30 mins. The onboarding was quick and simple. Overall it was a good experience.

Question 1
What Kind Of Skills Do You Want To Gain From This Work Place?
Sat down and asked a couple of basic questions. The manager was laid back. Overall, it was not a hard process, not a lot of stress. Just make sure you answer the questions to the best of your ability.
