Very intensive. Comfort depends on manager performing interview. They make you go through so many scenarios and some managers make you feel very self conscious about your answer even though it turns out to be correct

The GM at the time sat down with me and a couple friends, and asked about our former job, and asked how well we'd work as a team, whether in the front or back. We were all asked to come back for orientation, and I got the job.
