Only given one option for an interview time, and then sent a completely different day and time zoom link for the interview. Naturally mistakes happen, so I reached out regarding the error, and had to follow up multiple times due to a lack of response. I kept an open mind for the interview, and completely agree with the other reviewer. It’s difficult to give an overview of your path, if you aren’t given an opportunity to introduce yourself. The interview dove right into questions that were multilayered but also repetitive, and there was no need for a screen share to read a lengthy and complicated event scenario. That was totally distracting and could have just been typed in the chat, but it was also too long to read and process a proper response. I can’t say I was very interested in the role after the interview, though I was told I would hear back the following week. Two months later I finally received the worst rejection email I’ve ever read. There is a better way to offer feedback than the structure they are using. Their interview process needs an update- it was full of red flags.
