I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at SmartStyle (Memphis, TN)
Interview
I met with the District Leader at the Salon. It was a slower day of the week so there weren't many clients coming in. She looked over my resume briefly and told me about the company, the salon, and how the pay scale works. Overall it was an easygoing process. There was also a practical interview where I had to go into the salon on a different day [but since working with the company I've had the chance to be present while an interview was taking place and they would have the general interview and the practical all in the same day]. They had me perform two haircuts [clipper cut and a scissor cut] and a style. I don't think they have you do color services in the interviews. The process was fairly quick though.

Amazing manager and coworkers. Very great interview and my manger asked me about my experience. Why I chose the salon and if I know anything about the salon. Overall best interview I’ve had.
